Had a fantastic time in the Easter Parade yesterday!!! The only problem was meeting the candy needs of the thousands of children lining the streets =( ... I was told 12 bags would be enough but after a quick calculation of the crowd yesterday, we actually need approximately 800 bags of wrapped candy per vehicle.
That's a nearly $2000 budget. I'll not be making the same mistake next time! I'm starting my fund for the next parade now, so there will be plenty for everyone!
I urge anyone who plans to participate next time, to do the same. Start saving now!!!
